Hangzhou – September 11, 2026 -- HEVI Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Greenland Technologies Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: GTEC), has secured approval from the New York Vehicle Inspection Program (NYVIP) for two of its heavy electric industrial vehicles, opening access to state purchase incentives.
New York adds two HEVI loaders to its eligible equipment list
The H55L, a 5-ton electric loader, and the H65L, a 6.5-ton electric loader, are now listed under NYVIP's incentive-eligible equipment. Buyers who replace old equipment with these units can claim 35% of the base equipment cost, plus up to a $100,000 Disadvantaged Communities (DAC) bonus per unit.
HEVI Corp. pursues parallel approvals in California, New Jersey and Texas
The company is also working with California's Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE), New Jersey's WorkClean program, and the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) to expand incentive coverage for its heavy electric equipment across additional states.
