Health In Tech Launches AI Platform HitRix, Trims 2026 Revenue Outlook to $33M

Stuart, Florida – September 30, 2026 -- Health In Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq: HIT) has launched HitRix, an AI-powered platform built to automate large-group self-funded health insurance submissions, while cutting its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to approximately $33 million, roughly flat against 2025.

HitRix automates census, claims and plan document processing for brokers

The platform uses AI-powered document intelligence to ingest, extract and structure census information, claims data and plan documents that brokers previously had to manually compile across multiple formats. Brokers can then manage submissions across multiple carriers and managing general underwriters, track market activity and compare proposals within a single environment, replacing workflows that historically relied on spreadsheets, emails and separate insurance portals.

Revised 2026 guidance reflects commercialization timing, not demand shortfall

Health In Tech attributed the revised $33 million outlook to the timing of HitRix commercialization, its Three-Year Rate Stabilization Program and additional carrier capacity, all of which affect when new policies become effective and when related revenue is recognized. The company expects these three initiatives to become more meaningful growth contributors starting in 2027 as adoption scales and new business takes effect.

Distribution network of 933 partners grew 19.9% year-over-year as of June 30, 2026

HitRix launches into an existing distribution base of 933 brokers, third-party administrators and agencies as of June 30, 2026, up 19.9% from a year earlier. Health In Tech expects this network to anchor HitRix adoption across participating carriers and MGUs, while generating structured market and placement data to support future analytics and automation features.

CEO frames HitRix as infrastructure beyond document routing

CEO Tim Johnson said the platform is designed to let AI handle administrative work tied to census data, claims information and plan documents across different formats, while giving brokers one environment to organize cases, access multiple markets and compare proposals. Johnson said the goal is to make it easier for brokers to shop the market while keeping them central to client relationships.

Health In Tech positioned HitRix as differentiated from traditional submission tools by integrating it directly with the company's underwriting and marketplace infrastructure, linking submission, market access, analytics and transaction execution in one system rather than focusing solely on document routing or RFP management.
