Horizon Family Brands Names Scott Wallace Chief Customer Officer

Broomfield, Colo. – September 29, 2026 -- Horizon Family Brands has promoted Scott Wallace to Chief Customer Officer, expanding his mandate to oversee customer strategy and retail partnerships across its organic dairy portfolio, which includes Horizon Organic, Maple Hill Creamery and Wallaby Organic yogurt.

Wallace moves from senior sales leadership to a company-wide customer strategy role

Wallace joined Horizon Family Brands in November 2023 as vice president of sales and was elevated to senior vice president in 2025. In his new CCO role, he will coordinate across sales, marketing, operations and brand teams to deepen customer engagement and identify shared growth opportunities across the company's retail and commercial networks.

CEO Tyler Holm credits Wallace's commercial track record for the promotion

Holm said Wallace has demonstrated a customer-first mindset and commercial leadership since joining the company, citing his understanding of Horizon Family Brands' categories, teams, customers and channels as central to future growth.

Wallace's background spans Danone, Kellogg, Procter & Gamble and Viega

Before Horizon Family Brands, Wallace held leadership positions at Danone, Viega LLC, Kellogg Company and Procter & Gamble, building experience in wholesale and distribution, omnichannel retail sales, and data-driven sales management. He began his career as a U.S. Army officer in field artillery and military intelligence, reaching the rank of captain.

Wallace holds a systems engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a master's degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.

Appointment adds to executive leadership as Horizon expands its wellness brand portfolio

The promotion strengthens Horizon Family Brands' executive bench as the company continues building its organic food portfolio and its relationships with retail customers, farmers and business partners.
