The event, organized by Sinoexpo Informa Markets, is scheduled for March 30-April 2, 2027, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre and is projected to draw over 130,000 professional visitors.
Fair covers full project lifecycle from design to operations
The exhibition spans planning, design, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance across sectors including building materials, green hotel supplies, sanitary solutions, smart building systems, service robotics, digital-management tools and ESG low-carbon technology. Exhibitors will connect with project owners, investors, developers, designers, contractors and hotel-management groups from across China, supported by a digital sourcing platform linking buyers from more than 170 countries and regions.
Organizers add 15 special zones including MEP and wellness segments
The 2027 edition introduces more than 15 immersive special exhibition zones. A Hotel Investment and Franchise Zone will feature IHG, Hilton and Marriott, connecting investors with franchise solutions. A new Hotel Energy-Saving MEP and Comfort System Design Zone debuts in 2027 to promote low-carbon technologies aligned with ESG principles. Additional zones target the wellness market through a SPA Multi-Scenario Healing segment and a Pet-Friendly Thematic Exhibition Zone addressing human-pet coexistence in commercial spaces.
