HRC Fertility Names Dr. Robert Boostanfar Chief Medical Officer

Los Angeles – September 7, 2026 -- HRC Fertility, a fertility network operating 15 locations across California and Las Vegas, has appointed longtime physician Robert Boostanfar, M.D., as its first Chief Medical Officer, giving the organization a senior clinical leader as it scales operations across its 34-physician network.

Dr. Boostanfar gains oversight of clinical quality across HRC's full network

In the newly created role, Dr. Boostanfar will oversee physician engagement, clinical quality initiatives, innovation and medical performance across HRC Fertility's network of 34 physicians. He will coordinate with physicians, laboratories and clinical teams to standardize care protocols across the organization's 15 sites in the California Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego County and Las Vegas.

Two decades of reproductive endocrinology experience back the appointment

Dr. Boostanfar has more than 20 years of experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility treatment. As HRC's Director of Clinical Research, he has led and participated in clinical trials evaluating fertility treatment advancements, including Phase III FDA clinical research aimed at improving treatment protocols and patient outcomes.

CEO cites clinical research track record in leadership transition

HRC Fertility CEO Sherif Hanna said Dr. Boostanfar's commitment to evidence-based medicine and research has shaped the organization's clinical direction. Dr. Boostanfar said the role will let him build on existing collaboration across the network while advancing fertility care standards.
