HudsonLake Appoints Crenshaw President Amid MWW Integration

Dallas – September 23, 2026 -- HudsonLake, the strategic communications firm acquired by MikeWorldWide (MWW) in May 2026, has elevated Quinton Crenshaw to president, giving him full executive oversight of the firm's Dallas-based operations.

Crenshaw takes the helm after a decade as executive vice president

Crenshaw, who has spent ten years in leadership roles at HudsonLake, will now direct strategy across the firm's 25-year-old organizational transformation and labor communications practice. He previously advised Fortune 500 executives across North Texas on corporate communications, internal change and brand transformation. "By combining our specialized workforce expertise with MWW's scale and multi-channel reach, we are unlocking extraordinary new opportunities for our clients, our culture and our people," Crenshaw said.

Two executives join the leadership team as practice leads

Kim Cerda has been named executive vice president and organizational change & transformation practice lead, while Sue Garman becomes executive vice president and workforce engagement & advocacy practice lead. Both report directly to Crenshaw and will lead high-impact client engagements and firm-wide business development.

Labor communications scales across MWW's global network

Jared Engeset, who built HudsonLake's labor communications offering over more than a decade, has been promoted to senior vice president and head of labor communications. He will now lead the combined labor practice across both firms, working alongside MWW's corporate reputation team.

Dallas-Fort Worth client roster includes Toyota, American Airlines

The leadership expansion strengthens HudsonLake and MWW's presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, where the firm counsels clients including Toyota, 7-Eleven, American Airlines, Children's Health and Halperin Park. MWW, an independent public relations agency with more than 200 professionals across North America, EMEA and LATAM, acquired HudsonLake in May 2026 to merge its global reputation and public relations footprint with HudsonLake's workforce engagement and labor communications specialization.
