The company reported that women held one-third of management positions in 2025. i-80 Gold also refreshed its mission, vision and values through employee consultation, integrating them into its performance management system.
Community investment reaches roughly $140,000 across Northern Nevada
Through its Grants for Good program, i-80 Gold invested approximately $140,000 in local nonprofits, student scholarships and community events. Employees logged 2,852 volunteer hours during the year, while a jointly funded mobile STEM van reached roughly 1,900 rural students in partnership with the Nevada Mining Association's Community Connections Committee.
