Ranking draws on feedback from nearly 222,000 healthcare employees
The Best Workplaces in Health Care ranking is based on survey responses from nearly 222,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified healthcare companies. The survey tracks five categories and 15 subcategories, including credibility, respect and fairness of treatment. Great Place To Work drew on confidential responses from more than 1.3 million employees across all industries to build the 2026 lists.
Companies with 10 to 999 employees competed in the small and medium category. Companies with 1,000 or more employees were considered for the large category. Selection favored employers that deliver positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, work status or other demographic factors, according to the company.
