Las Vegas -- IGT has appointed Adam Chibib as Chief Financial Officer effective November 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, succeeding Fabio Celadon in a leadership transition tied to the gaming technology firm's push for stronger cash flow and operating discipline.
Chibib arrives with a track record of six successful exits across public and private equity-backed companies
Most recently CFO of Raptor Technologies, which Warburg Pincus acquired in January 2026 after the company's transformation under Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity ownership, Chibib brings more than three decades of financial and operational leadership. His earlier roles include financial leadership positions at Self Financial, NetSpend and several technology companies.
His gaming credentials include doubling revenue at Multimedia Games before its $1.2 billion acquisition
As President and CFO of Multimedia Games, Chibib helped triple profitability and lift the company's market capitalization from approximately $47 million to more than $1 billion ahead of the acquisition. He later chaired the Board and Audit Committee of playAGS through its 2025 acquisition.
Celadon exits after more than two decades tied to IGT and its predecessor Lottomatica
Celadon will remain CFO through October 31, 2026, then serve as an advisor through December 31, 2026, to support the handover. He became CFO of Lottomatica S.p.A. in 2002 and has since held senior finance, strategy and corporate development roles across Europe, North America and Asia.
IGT CEO ties the appointment to sharpened execution across Gaming, Digital and FinTech units
"Adam brings the public company, private equity and gaming experience we need for this stage of IGT's transformation," said Hector Fernandez, Chief Executive Officer of IGT, citing the need to strengthen cash flow creation. As CFO, Chibib will lead IGT's global Finance organization and align capital priorities with business execution across the company's three operating segments.
