Nasdaq confirms compliance after 18-day trading streak

The company received written notice from Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on September 23, 2026, confirming it met the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The determination followed 18 consecutive business days, from August 27 to September 22, 2026, during which the closing bid price of IMC's ordinary shares stayed at or above $1.00.

Company restructures operations ahead of German unit sale

IM Cannabis operates a medical cannabis platform in Israel and, through subsidiary Adjupharm GmbH, in Germany. Following pending transactions announced August 17, 2026, the company expects to retain its Israeli operations while divesting the German business. In Israel, IMC's subsidiaries import and distribute cannabis to medical patients and run retail pharmacies and online platforms covering delivery and quality control across the value chain.
