From April 1–3, Ricoh Deutschland and Paragon DACH & CEE jointly hosted a dynamic Open House event that drew industry attention to the future of high-speed inkjet solutions and smart output processes. Held at Paragon’s advanced production site in Weingarten near Lake Constance, the event offered customers, partners, and industry experts hands-on access to state-of-the-art technologies and showcased a shared vision for innovation and transformation in print communication.

Live from the production floor: Ricoh Pro VC40000 in action
A standout moment was the live demonstration of the Ricoh Pro VC40000, a high-performance roll-fed inkjet printing system installed at the Weingarten facility. Capable of printing at speeds up to 180 meters per minute—and upgradeable to an impressive 225 meters per minute—this system supports high-resolution output up to 600 x 600 dpi.
Visitors saw firsthand how this technology empowers print service providers to significantly boost productivity, meet tighter delivery timelines, and lower operational costs—all while maintaining exceptional quality.
