Palo Alto – October 12, 2026 -- insidepacket has announced the AI Access Platform, which connects enterprises to GPU and neocloud providers through private network paths that can be activated in minutes. The platform is planned for introduction in Europe, first with Zayo Europe.
Platform comes in two models for GPU clouds and operators
The first model is a dedicated on-ramp that a GPU cloud sells under its own brand. The second is an operator layer that exposes many GPU clouds to the operator's enterprise customers. The underlying NaaS platform has been in production in the US since September 2025 and in Europe since mid 2026.
Neutral model leaves compute sales to providers
insidepacket sells no compute. Its white-label, on-net NaaS model lets operators bill both sides of a transaction. Providers can improve utilization of capacity they already own, and MSPs and integrators can package services. Enterprises can replace lengthy connectivity projects with on-demand access.
Providers within an operator's ecosystem can be presented under their own brand, capacity and price. Each enterprise receives its own private network reaching clouds, data centers, sites and the internet, with built-in security, segmentation and elastic bandwidth on every link. A defined initial-site deployment can be completed in as little as 90 days, subject to scope, network integration and deployment requirements.
Synergy Research puts neocloud revenue above $25 billion in 2025
Synergy Research Group reported that neocloud revenue exceeded $25 billion in 2025 and forecast it will approach $400 billion by 2031. insidepacket argues that AI compute is landing as islands: many providers offer GPU access but leave surrounding connectivity to a separate project. Platform players and Tier-1 operators have moved to address that gap over the past six months, with implications for brand, margin and customer ownership across the value chain.
European data sovereignty drives in-country path design
With data sovereignty a leading criterion in European AI purchasing, the platform supports in-country, auditable paths. An enterprise's AI traffic can stay in country and on the operator's own network.
Michael Katz, Chief Product Officer at Zayo Europe, said the company is extending the agility of its DynamicLink service to AI workloads, combining Agentic Networking and AI-driven automation with its fully owned European infrastructure to connect enterprise demand to GPU capacity through trusted partners.
insidepacket CEO Eli Karpilovski said the platform lets the market participant keep the brand, customer relationship and margin. For an operator, he said, that means "taking a position in AI instead of supplying the pipe."
Roy Chua, Founder and Principal at AvidThink, noted that constrained power availability is fragmenting compute resources. He said a programmable NaaS platform such as DynamicLink keeps data flowing and expensive GPU resources productive.
insidepacket will be at Capacity Europe in London from 13 to 15 October.
