Insmed to Present Three Late-Breaking TPIP Abstracts at CHEST 2026

Bridgewater, N.J. – – October 14, 2026 -- Insmed (Nasdaq: INSM) will present four abstracts on its investigational inhaled therapy treprostinil palmitil inhalation powder (TPIP) at CHEST 2026 in Phoenix, three of them late-breaking, and two ARIKAYCE abstracts at IDWeek 2026 in Washington, D.C. CHEST runs Oct. 18–21 and IDWeek runs Oct. 21–24.

Chief Medical Officer Martina Flammer said the presentations span the company's respiratory portfolio of BRINSUPRI, TPIP and ARIKAYCE.

Three late-breaking TPIP abstracts cover PAH and PH-ILD on Oct. 20

The late-breaking abstracts address the long-term potential of TPIP in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). Insmed will present in the "Top Late-Breaking Abstracts" session (ID 4145) from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. MT on Oct. 20. Late-breaking posters 3219 and 3224 and PAH poster 3503 follow the same day, from 1:45 to 2:30 p.m. MT.

TPIP is a once-daily dry powder prodrug of treprostinil, delivered through a capsule-based inhalation device. It has not been approved for any indication in any jurisdiction. Insmed is developing it for PAH, PH-ILD, progressive pulmonary fibrosis and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Post hoc ASPEN analysis links sputum color to exacerbations

A post hoc analysis of the Phase 3 ASPEN study of BRINSUPRI (brensocatib) examines patient-reported sputum color and its association with neutrophil serine proteases and exacerbations. Insmed describes BRINSUPRI as the first and only approved treatment for non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis (NCFB). Insmed's CHEST schedule also includes a Rapid Fire session on CF and non-CF bronchiectasis management (ID 4146) on Oct. 19, from 10:20 to 10:50 a.m. MT.

BRINSUPRI is approved in the U.S. in 10 mg and 25 mg tablets for patients 12 and older. In the EU and U.K., the 25 mg tablet is approved for patients 12 and older with two or more exacerbations in the prior 12 months. Japan has also approved the 25 mg tablet for adults and pediatric patients 12 and older.

ENCORE data at IDWeek test resistance development in newly diagnosed MAC

Insmed will present Phase 3b ENCORE findings on amikacin and macrolide resistance development in patients with newly diagnosed Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) lung disease. The late-breaking abstract (LB-2201.1) is scheduled for 10:30 to 10:42 a.m. ET on Thursday, Oct. 22.

A second ARIKAYCE poster (P-475) will present real-world evidence on treatment drivers and outcomes in MAC lung disease. It runs from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 24.

ARIKAYCE is a once-daily inhaled liposomal amikacin approved in the U.S., Europe and Japan. It is administered through PARI Pharma's Lamira Nebulizer System.
