Boulder, Colo. – September 13, 2026 -- Integral Consulting Inc. has acquired Heritage Environmental Consultants, a Western U.S.-based environmental planning, permitting, and scientific services firm, expanding its footprint in the Mountain West region.
Heritage adds ecological and permitting expertise to Integral's service portfolio
Heritage Environmental Consultants, founded in 2008, brings capabilities in wildlife biology, terrestrial and aquatic ecology, soil science, hydrology, water and air quality, and geographic information systems. The combined firms will offer clients integrated solutions spanning environmental planning, permitting, ecological science, and regulatory compliance from early project development through long-term implementation.
Deal targets energy, mining, and infrastructure permitting demand
The acquisition strengthens Integral's ability to navigate complex environmental and regulatory requirements tied to energy, mining, infrastructure, and natural resource development projects across the western United States.
