Atlanta – October 14, 2026 -- Clarion Communications LLC, which says it and its predecessor companies have completed more than 30 acquisitions in over 20 years, is pursuing further tuck-in deals in the UCaaS and managed service provider (MSP) market while its IPitomy Communications LLC subsidiary adds AI-powered Advanced Call Management (ACM) to its proprietary UCaaS platform.
IPitomy bundles call control, intelligence and caller identity in ACM
ACM combines three capability sets across the call lifecycle in a single platform. Call Control covers inbound and outbound call management, consistent routing, centralized number management and flexible call handling.
Call Intelligence adds call recording, searchable transcripts and greater visibility into customer interactions and calling activity. Caller Identity covers branded calling, caller ID management and tools that support number reputation.
IPitomy CEO Joseph Haines Sr. said customers want practical ways to use AI to improve customer experience and employee productivity without added complexity. He said the platform pairs advanced transcription with sentiment analysis, which businesses can use to identify process improvements, refine products and services, and support revenue growth.
Clarion pursues tuck-in acquisitions in a fragmented UC/MSP sector
Clarion said it remains active on acquisition opportunities intended to enhance IPitomy's growth trajectory. Clarion President and CEO Vincent M. Oddo said the two companies are positioned to acquire smaller UCaaS and MSP operators affected by changing network economics.
Oddo said Clarion is aggressively pursuing M&A growth through tuck-in acquisitions in what he described as a highly fragmented UC/MSP industry. The company did not disclose deal targets, valuations or timing.
IPitomy, founded in 2005, serves small and midsize business customers across North America with UCaaS, contact center, AI tools, SIP, broadband and managed services. The ACM launch extends its offering beyond traditional voice services.
