IQSTEL Posts $37.5M July Revenue, Eyes $4.5M From Ultranet Deal

New York – September 22, 2026 -- IQSTEL Inc. (NASDAQ: IQST) reported net revenue of $37.5 million for July, translating to an annualized run rate of $450 million based on that single month's performance.

July revenue run rate tops company's $430 million full-year target

The Company said the July figure supports its previously stated $430 million full-year revenue objective. IQSTEL clarified that the annualized rate simply multiplies July net revenue by 12 and does not reflect revenue already booked or a change to its full-year forecast.

Ultranet acquisition expected to add $4.5 million in net income

IQSTEL is finalizing its planned acquisition of Ultranet, which management expects to contribute $4.5 million in net income once completed. The Company noted the projected contribution depends on closing the deal and subsequent operating performance.

Microdrama model illustrates up to $3.6 million in annualized profit potential

IQSTEL Digital's illustrative model estimates annualized profit contribution of $1.8 million to $3.6 million at 300,000 active paid monthly subscriptions. That subscriber level would generate $14.4 million to $21.6 million in annualized consumer billings before revenue sharing with mobile operators and content partners. The model assumes monthly subscription pricing of $4 to $6 and a profit contribution of $0.50 to $1.00 per active subscription after revenue sharing and directly attributable costs. IQSTEL emphasized these figures are mathematical illustrations, not existing subscriptions, contracted revenue or financial guidance.

CEO frames microdrama unit as a second profit engine alongside telecom

"While our core telecommunications business remains on track, we are developing Digital Services as an additional engine of profitability," said Leandro Iglesias, President and CEO of IQSTEL. He said the microdrama figures demonstrate the opportunity the Company is pursuing as it combines telecom scale with Digital Services earnings potential.

Telecom relationships underpin push into AI, cybersecurity, fintech and health

IQSTEL is using its telecommunications commercial relationships as a foundation for expanding into entertainment, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech and digital health offerings. The Company said July's revenue performance, the pending Ultranet acquisition and the microdrama distribution buildout represent complementary parts of that strategy.
