Jaguar Uranium Reports Rare Earth-Uranium Assays at Colombia's Berlin Project

Toronto – September 24, 2026 -- Jaguar Uranium Corp. (NYSE American: JAGU) has reported assay results from historical drill-core resampling at its Berlin Uranium–Rare Earth Project in Colombia's Department of Caldas, with one interval returning 3,570 ppm total rare earth oxides (TREO) and 607 ppm magnet rare earth oxides (MREO), the highest value from the tested selection.

Selected core intervals confirm polymetallic mineralization combining uranium, vanadium and phosphate

The resampling program, first announced March 17, 2026, tested core drilled between 2010 and 2012 during two historical campaigns by U3O8 Corp. Beyond the top-grade interval in drill hole DDB-041 (0.63 m at 170.57–171.20 m depth), additional selected intervals returned 1.53 m at 2,267 ppm TREO and 329 ppm MREO in DDB-003, 1.00 m at 2,176 ppm TREO and 349 ppm MREO in DDB-015, and 0.50 m at 2,532 ppm TREO and 414 ppm MREO in DDB-068.

The company said the results indicate enrichment of neodymium, praseodymium, terbium and dysprosium — magnet-grade rare earths — within a uranium-vanadium-phosphate horizon. Jaguar cautioned that the tested intervals were selected for specific evaluation purposes and are not necessarily representative of the mineralized horizon as a whole, and that the findings constitute exploration results only, not a mineral resource or reserve.

Analytical batch of 150 samples processed through SGS Colombia and SGS Peru under OREAS-certified QA/QC controls

Sample preparation occurred at SGS Colombia S.A.S. in Medellín, with chemical analysis at SGS Callao in Peru. The batch comprised 136 drill-core and pulp samples plus 14 QA/QC inserts — 9.33% of the total — including coarse blanks and OREAS certified reference materials 474, 121 and 124 for rare earth and uranium control. Andrés Cáceres, a Certified Professional Geologist and the qualified person under NI 43-101, reviewed the QA/QC data and approved the disclosure.

Project positioning ties to newly signed U.S.-Colombia critical minerals framework

Jaguar linked the Berlin Project to the Barranquilla Accords, a U.S.-Colombia framework established September 8, 2026, to strengthen bilateral cooperation on critical minerals, rare earth elements and civil nuclear energy. CEO Steven Gold said the multi-commodity profile of uranium, rare earths, vanadium and phosphate aligns with accelerating cooperation between the two countries on secure supply chains.

The company said it plans to evaluate whether the rare earth oxide results warrant incorporation into future geological modelling and mineral resource work, contingent on additional drilling, continuity assessment and further analytical review. The drill core has been stored since 2015 at a secured facility on mining concession 664-17, acquired by Jaguar in 2024, with sampled intervals showing no signs of degradation.
