Toronto – September 25, 2026 -- Jobber has launched two new integrations, a Plugin in ChatGPT and a Connector for Claude, that let home and commercial service businesses pull their Jobber account data directly into leading AI chat platforms.
New MCP integrations connect Jobber data to ChatGPT and Claude
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations allow service pros to ask ChatGPT or Claude questions about clients, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices, requests, and visits, with answers grounded in their actual Jobber account. Users can also dictate or paste call and job notes into the AI tools, which then update the corresponding client, property, and request records inside Jobber.
Feature targets unbilled work and lost revenue
One capability lets users ask the AI to surface money left on the table, such as approved quotes never scheduled or completed jobs never invoiced, returning a prioritized list of unbilled work ready for action in Jobber. When other connected services are linked to ChatGPT or Claude, Jobber can pull information from them automatically; a service inquiry sitting in an email inbox, for instance, can be converted into a new Client, Property, and Request in Jobber without manual re-entry.
CEO frames move as AI trust-building for service pros
"Jobber is in a unique position to help service pros get value from AI, both inside our products, and now, by making their business context available to the AI tools they use alongside Jobber," said Sam Pillar, CEO and co-founder of Jobber. Jeremy Snavely, owner of Spray Foam by IOK, said connecting Jobber to AI tools has helped him plan upcoming work and manage leads as his business scales.
Integrations roll out to all Jobber customers immediately
The Jobber Plugin in ChatGPT and Jobber Connector for Claude are now available to all Jobber customers through the Jobber App Marketplace, which offers more than 130 integrations alongside Jobber's API. Jobber serves more than 100,000 businesses and 400,000 service pros across over 50 industries, covering more than 34 million properties in over 70 countries. Jobber positions the launch as part of a broader investment in AI tools built for home and commercial service operators running at scale, while the company remains the system of record for client, job, and financial data.
