Zug – September 9, 2026 -- KENDRIS Group has obtained authorization from Luxembourg's Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC), allowing its local subsidiary KENDRIS Luxembourg Sàrl to offer a broader range of regulated services including domiciliation, accounting and tax.
KENDRIS Luxembourg gains regulatory clearance to expand beyond economic advisory work
KENDRIS Luxembourg Sàrl has operated in the Grand Duchy since 2024 as an economic advisor. The new OEC license removes prior restrictions, enabling the Zug-based fiduciary group to compete directly for local domiciliation, bookkeeping and tax mandates previously outside its scope.
Luxembourg team grows through hiring and integration of local fund experts
The expansion coincides with active recruitment and the integration of a team experienced in Luxembourg corporate and fund structures. Murad Ikhtiar, an advisor supporting the buildout, said combining local market expertise with KENDRIS's international network creates a competitive advantage for the firm.
Group targets cross-border support for high-net-worth clients and institutional investors
Adrian Escher, partner and chairman of KENDRIS Group, called the Luxembourg platform expansion a significant milestone reflecting the firm's long-term commitment to tailored client solutions. KENDRIS employs roughly 205 specialists at its Zug headquarters, with offices in Zurich, Aarau and Geneva, and international representation in Larnaca, London, Luxembourg, Dubai, Singapore and the United States. Through KENDRIS Capital Limited, the group already provides alternative investment fund solutions across Luxembourg, Cyprus and Malta.
