Zug, Switzerland – September 12, 2026 -- KENDRIS, the Swiss-based advisory and fiduciary group, has secured a license from Luxembourg's Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC), allowing its local subsidiary to offer an expanded suite of regulated services including domiciliation, accounting and tax.

The OEC license permits KENDRIS Luxembourg Sàrl, active in the Grand Duchy since 2024, to move beyond its initial role as a business advisor into a wider range of regulated corporate services. The group operates internationally from its Zug headquarters, employing more than 200 staff across financial centers.
Team expansion follows integration of established Luxembourg fund specialists
KENDRIS is growing its Luxembourg headcount through the integration of an established team with experience in Luxembourg companies and fund structures, alongside active recruitment to build out its local presence.
