The integration lets eligible users transfer USDC directly between KuCoin and Arc, cutting the steps needed to access applications built on the network. Arc is an open Layer-1 blockchain launched by Arc Network Services LLC and operated by a permissioned validator set, built around payments, treasury management, tokenized assets and programmable finance.

Arc network carries no regulatory approval, operates on "as is" basis
Arc has not been reviewed or approved by the New York State Department of Financial Services or any other regulatory authority, according to disclaimers accompanying the announcement. Use of the network carries risks including smart contract vulnerabilities and network disruptions, with transaction capability dependent on users' ability to obtain USDC to pay gas fees.
