Casey McClyman Steps In as Chief Credit Officer After Coordinated Succession
Graven spent the last several months mentoring incoming Chief Credit Officer Casey McClyman as part of a planned leadership transition. McClyman returned to Lake Ridge Bank in July after a three-year stint as Senior Vice President-Chief Credit Officer at Farmers Savings Bank. He previously spent nearly 20 years at Lake Ridge Bank, including the last 10 years as Senior Vice President-Business Relationship Manager on the Business Banking Team.
Graven Built Two-Decade Track Record in Credit Risk and Regulatory Compliance
Over 20 years at Lake Ridge Bank, Graven worked across credit administration, commercial lending, credit risk management, loss mitigation, loan documentation, and loan portfolio performance monitoring. Lake Ridge Bank President Paul Hoffmann said Graven earned the respect of fellow bankers, the board, clients, and institutional examiners and auditors.
McClyman Holds UW-Madison Finance Degree and Local Business Roots
McClyman holds a bachelor's degree in Consumer Science and Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also has experience in retail services, personal banking, and loan services. Lake Ridge Bank CEO Jim Tubbs said McClyman represents the bank's community banking philosophy through his mentorship work and local volunteerism, including as a DECA club mentor and Junior Achievement presenter at Mount Horeb High School.
Graven plans to spend retirement traveling, golfing, and relaxing at his family cabin.
