Singapore – October 12, 2026 -- Leadde AI has introduced an education workflow that converts course materials into learning videos in minutes, and selected education teams report video-production time reductions of up to 80 percent.
Workflow targets the scripting, recording and localization bottleneck
Education institutions hold extensive teaching materials but lack capacity for scripting, recording, editing, subtitling and localization, according to the company. The constraint is most acute in hybrid programs and multilingual classrooms, where content must stay accurate, consistent and easy to update.
The workflow runs on Leadde's AI Video Agent for education. It analyzes source materials, identifies key messages, and generates scripts, narrated scenes, subtitles and editable video drafts.
Lecture and document workflows convert notes, slides and PDFs into narrated lessons
The AI lecture video workflow turns notes, slides, PDFs and study materials into narrated lessons for online courses, flipped classrooms, student revision and professional education. A separate document-to-video workflow converts course outlines, reading packs, research summaries and institutional documents, so teams do not start from a blank script or editing timeline.
Avatar O adds content-aware presenting to cloned educator likenesses
Educators can clone their own likeness and voice to produce explainer videos. The newly launched Avatar O moves digital avatars from script-driven delivery to content-aware presenting. It interprets visual content, identifies key details and explains them through gaze, pointing and motion.
An Animation capability covers abstract and visual concepts through dynamic sequences. Biology animation, for example, can clarify cellular processes and complex systems.
Founder and CEO Chase Yang said complex subjects cannot be taught effectively through a script alone, and that combining content-aware presenting with animation helps educators direct attention and turn static materials into explanations students can follow.
AI news video workflow extends to campus and research communications
The same workflow supports campus announcements, research updates, faculty news and student communications. Through the AI news video workflow, institutions can convert written updates into presenter-led videos without producing each item manually.
Leadde currently serves multiple education and research institutions across Western Europe, producing multilingual explainer videos from educational materials.
