Fort Lauderdale – September 08, 2026 -- Lennox International (NYSE: LII) has opened a new National Account Services (NAS) headquarters and training center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, anchored by a 6,000-square-foot dedicated training space for commercial HVAC technicians.

Lennox NAS has trained nearly 1,600 technicians since 2016 to address industry labor shortage

The company said the new facility strengthens its ability to deliver consistent technical and leadership development across its national service organization, which supports commercial HVAC maintenance, repair and replacement for some of the nation's largest retail chains operating hundreds to thousands of locations.

Training programs cover four structured career pathways for technicians and managers

The Fort Lauderdale center supports the Skilled Technician, Advanced Technician, Lead Master and Manager-in-Training pathways. Lennox NAS also runs Build-A-Tech, a paid six- to eight-month apprenticeship combining classroom instruction, field experience and mentorship to prepare new entrants for commercial HVAC careers.

The facility will give commercial customers hands-on access to HVAC technologies and controls demonstrations, adding to Lennox's existing network of nine Lennox LIVE residential training labs across North America and a commercial refrigeration training center in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Executive says the investment scales technical expertise alongside NAS growth

Joe Nassab, Executive Vice President and President of Lennox Building Climate Solutions, said the Fort Lauderdale facility creates a dedicated environment for technicians and field leaders to sharpen expertise and share best practices across the network as NAS expands.
