Livmor Wins CMS Blue Button Access, Adds Disenrollment Alerts Before AEP

Portland, Oregon – September 11, 2026 -- Livmor Inc. has been approved for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Blue Button API access and named to the CMS Blue Button V3 Advisory Council, giving its LivmorIQ platform direct visibility into real Medicare beneficiary claims and prescription data.

The integration rolls out to LivmorIQ customers later this month alongside a new Disenrollment Notification feature, timed ahead of the October 15 start of the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

Blue Button data replaces static health profiles with live utilization records

With client consent, the Blue Button connection feeds LivmorIQ's Plan Analysis tool actual coverage, claims, and prescription history rather than the point-of-sale health profile agents have historically relied on. That profile previously aged from the day it was written; now Plan Analysis re-evaluates fit continuously as a client's diagnoses, specialists, or prescriptions change.

Disenrollment Notification flags plan switches within days

The new alert system notifies agents in-platform when a client's coverage changes, including switches to another plan or disenrollment through a different channel, typically within days and often before the client mentions it. Each alert identifies the client, the change, and whether it triggers a Special Enrollment Period, paired with the client's current profile so agents can respond immediately. Livmor says early action reduces surprise book losses and rapid-disenrollment chargebacks.

Monthly provider and formulary updates catch network and tier changes before ANOC

LivmorIQ's monthly data refresh flags when a client's doctor exits a network or a drug loses coverage or shifts tiers, aiming to reach clients before the Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) arrives at the end of September. For agencies, FMOs, and IMOs, the platform extends this to book-level persistency tracking across downlines, combined with licensing, certification, and carrier appointment status via Livmor's NIPR integration.

Leah Puccio: combined data gives agents the "full picture" year-round

Leah Puccio, President of Livmor Inc., said claims data shows what a client is using while the client shares what is changing in their life, and combining both gives agents a complete view not just at enrollment but throughout the year.

Plan Analysis priced at $99 per agent monthly ahead of AEP rollout

LivmorIQ Plan Analysis is available now at $99 per agent per month, with the Blue Button integration and Disenrollment Notification rolling out to existing customers later this month. Livmor says agents who onboard before AEP will enter the enrollment period with every client analyzed against real utilization data and ANOC-affected clients already flagged.
