"Massachusetts is a natural step for Love & Honey as we continue building our footprint across the East Coast," said Laura Lyons, Co-Founder and CEO. The company points to guest response in New York, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania as evidence the concept can translate to Boston-area markets.

Geoff Goodman, President of Love & Honey Fried Chicken, said the brand is prioritizing operators focused on consistent food quality and community engagement over rapid unit growth. Founded in Philadelphia in 2017, the chain is expanding through franchising as part of its broader East Coast strategy.
