New site separates overnight stays from event and film bookings
The two properties, roughly 100 miles apart, serve different markets and the new platform is structured to prevent confusion between them. Each estate has its own gallery, section and inquiry form, with a side-by-side comparison covering location, acreage, overnight capacity, event capacity and availability.
Mirabella Estate accommodates 20 overnight guests across three residences in the Coachella Valley
Mirabella sits five minutes from the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds and ten minutes from Old Town La Quinta. The compound comprises the Main House, Carriage Villa and Lakeside Villa, offering 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms for up to 20 guests. Amenities include a saltwater pool, a private lake for kayaking and rowing, a five-hole pitch-and-putt course, pickleball and volleyball courts, a fire pit and an equestrian barn used for wedding ceremonies. The property is booked as a single whole-estate unit for multi-day stays, weddings and corporate or wellness retreats.
Marmar Estate offers no overnight stays, targeting film, TV and event production
Marmar, located in Beverly Crest three minutes from the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel and five minutes from Rodeo Drive, hosts exterior private events and film, television, commercial, music video and fashion production. Its 1.5 landscaped acres include manicured gardens, a swimming pool and pool house, and a tennis court that doubles as staging space for production equipment. The site's Marmar section splits corporate events, private parties, location rental and photo shoots into separate booking pages.
