NEW YORK – September 19, 2026 -- Mango Power announced that its Mango Power S microinverter system has been certified by Intertek to UL 3700, the standard governing Interactive Plug-In Photovoltaic (PIPV) equipment and systems, adding to its existing UL 1741, IEEE 1547 and California Energy Commission (CEC) credentials.
UL 3700 certification extends Mango Power S into the plug-in solar category
The certification gives homeowners, installers, distributors and industry partners an independently evaluated basis for deploying Mango Power S in plug-in solar projects, an emerging segment that lets customers install defined solar configurations without a traditional sales-led process.
Single-stage Cyclo topology delivers 97% CEC efficiency and 99.9% MPPT efficiency
Mango Power S is built on a single-stage Cyclo microinverter topology that converts solar energy to usable AC power with 97% CEC efficiency and up to 99.9% MPPT efficiency. Each microinverter performs panel-level conversion, limiting the impact of shading on other panels in an array. The units carry an IP68-rated enclosure, anti-islanding and rapid-shutdown protections, and a 25-year limited microinverter warranty. The topology was developed in partnership with Infineon, which supplies power-semiconductor technology to the system.
200A Smart Gateway Lite enables zero-export control with 200ms anti-backflow response
Paired with the 200A Mango Power Smart Gateway Lite, the system monitors household consumption, solar production and grid power flow, and provides zero-export-capable control with a 200ms anti-backflow response when correctly installed and configured. Wi-Fi Mesh connectivity and the Mango Power App give users visibility into generation and consumption data intended to increase on-site use of self-generated electricity.
Company offers 120V kit now, plans 240V split-phase system for higher-capacity homes
The Mango Power S PIPV 1200W Kit packages four 300W solar panels, four 120V microinverters, mounting hardware, the Smart Gateway Lite and app monitoring into a single owner-led configuration. Mango Power is also developing a 240V split-phase, grid-tied, solar-only configuration that connects generation across both legs of a typical U.S. residential electrical service for customers seeking greater capacity.

Mango Power said actual production, self-consumption and bill savings depend on sunlight, panel placement, system capacity, household consumption and electricity rates, and that installation and utility interconnection may still require a licensed electrician and local approval.
