Garland, Texas – September 07, 2026 -- Massimo Group (NASDAQ: MAMO) will showcase its new Warrior 1500 UTV at Equip Exposition 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky, and the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, marking the Company's entry into the higher-displacement UTV category.

The vehicle is engineered as a rugged, full-size UTV with an all-metal body targeting recreational, commercial and demanding off-road applications. Massimo is developing the 1,499cc engine as a scalable architecture intended to underpin multiple future vehicles across recreational, commercial, fleet and government markets.

Sentinel 1500 HVAC Crew UTV to share same platform for enclosed-cab applications

Massimo is separately advancing the Sentinel 1500, an enclosed-cab crew UTV expected to utilize the same 1,499cc platform while adding heating and air conditioning for year-round commercial, fleet, agricultural and property-management use. The Company has not yet disclosed specifications, pricing or a commercial launch date for either model.

Company evaluates intellectual property protection for next-generation vehicle designs

Massimo said it continues to invest in internal product development and engineering capabilities and is assessing certain technologies and design elements tied to its next-generation platforms for potential IP protection.

Massimo targets dealer, fleet and government channels at two major trade events

The Warrior 1500 will be publicly displayed at Equip Exposition, running October 20-23, 2026, in Louisville, and at the SEMA Show, November 3-6, 2026, in Las Vegas. Both events are expected to expose the platform to dealers, distributors, commercial buyers, fleet operators, government-related purchasers and automotive and powersports industry participants.

Massimo has been expanding its focus on fleet and government sales as part of a broader channel-diversification strategy, citing potential applications in property management, municipalities, public works, parks and recreation, security, agriculture and industrial facilities.
