Omaha – October 13, 2026 -- Medical Solutions CEO Rebecca Rogers Tijerino has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts' 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list, which recognizes senior female leaders across the global staffing industry.
SIA selects honorees based on demonstrated leadership, business impact and influence within their organizations and the wider industry. The list is compiled annually.
Tijerino has led Medical Solutions since January 2024
She joined the healthcare workforce solutions provider as CEO in January 2024. Under her leadership, the company has expanded how it helps facilities nationwide manage labor costs, improve patient care and prepare for future workforce needs.
Manila hub expansion adds round-the-clock capacity
Tijerino expanded the company's resource hub in Manila to support recruiting, operations and finance. The expansion gives Medical Solutions greater capacity to serve clients and clinicians around the clock.
AI chatbot targets friction in traveling-clinician placements
She also introduced an AI-powered chatbot that makes it easier for traveling clinicians to find and take jobs. The tool targets what the company describes as a critical step in the placement process.
Linda Galipeau, Chair of the company's Board of Directors, said Tijerino has kept the organization focused on "innovation, service excellence" and greater value for clients and clinicians.
Tijerino has additionally invested in leadership coaching and manager development programs.
