The semiconductor optics firm has appointed J.P. Morgan to administer the ADR programme. The Company confirmed the move does not involve new share issuance or capital raising, and its ordinary shares will continue trading on Catalist without material impact to existing shareholders.

OTCQX is the top-tier market operated by OTC Markets Group, which oversees more than 12,000 U.S. and international securities and requires companies to meet defined financial and governance standards.
