Berlin – September 09, 2026 -- Midea, TCL and BOE led a sweep of Gold Awards at the 2026 Global Product Technology Innovation Awards (GPTIAwards), announced during IFA Berlin, which ran September 4-8 at Messe Berlin.
The GPTIAwards, launched in 2014 by the International Data Group (IDG) and the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and backed annually by IFA, drew entries from thousands of global brands including Samsung, Sony, LG, Miele, Siemens, Liebherr, Dyson, JBL, SanDisk, Jura, AEG and NEURA Robotics.

Midea's VitaBreeze split air conditioner, AI Breeze-Free standing unit, concealed dual-duct ventilation system and Trueheat Max air-to-water heat pump each won individual Gold Awards. The company's SpaceMaster built-in oven and steam oven also took top honors in heating and steaming technology categories.
TCL sweeps audiovisual, display and robotics categories with six award-winning products
TCL's Q95K Dolby Atmos soundbar with 11.1.4-channel sound, a solar-powered air conditioner, the TwinMag Prime Fresh refrigerator series and the heyAiMe family companion robot each secured Gold Awards. TCL's RayNeo GT Max AR glasses and TCL CSOT's 27-inch IJP-OLED 120Hz monitor display added further wins for the group.
BOE, CHiQ and HKC reinforce leadership in display and smart-home technology
BOE's next-generation wide-color-gamut AMOLED display won the Display Technology Gold Award, citing breakthroughs in color performance, eye-comfort features and power efficiency. CHiQ received the AI Home Ecosystem Brand Award for its connected smart-home portfolio, while HKC took the Advanced Display Technology Brand Award.
