Englewood Cliffs, N.J. – September 11, 2026 -- Modern Micro Endodontics has opened its ninth New Jersey location at 617 E. Palisades Ave, Suite 3 in Englewood Cliffs, acquiring the practice of longtime local endodontist Dr. Anthony Fasciano, DMD.
Ownership transition adds Bergen County to a nine-office New Jersey network
The deal extends Modern Micro Endodontics' specialty footprint into Bergen County, adding root canal therapy, surgical endodontics, and same-day emergency treatment for area patients and referring dentists. Dr. Fasciano, who led the Englewood Cliffs practice for many years, selected Modern Micro Endodontics as his successor and will remain with the office temporarily to support the handoff; longtime staff will continue in their roles.
Office retains address and hours under new ownership
The practice will keep operating at the same address, open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Modern Micro Endodontics has provided specialty endodontic treatment across Northern and Central New Jersey for more than a decade.
Founder Dr. Vivian Graham adds second doctor to staff the new site
Dr. Vivian Graham, DDS, founder and lead doctor, will be joined in Englewood Cliffs by Dr. Tara Mahpour, DMD, a Rutgers School of Dental Medicine graduate who completed a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital and a post-doctoral endodontics residency at Rutgers. Both Graham and Mahpour were named 2026 New Jersey Monthly Top Dentists, with Graham holding the recognition for 14 consecutive years.
Every location standardizes surgical microscopes, CBCT and laser technology
Because the practice is dedicated exclusively to endodontics, each of its nine offices is equipped with surgical operating microscopes used in every procedure, cone-beam computed tomography, and EdgePRO laser technology. Referring dentists remain central to the business model, with the Englewood Cliffs office designed to shorten the time between referral and appointment for patients in Bergen County and surrounding towns.
