Dallas – September 17, 2026 -- Mohr Partners, Inc. has appointed 20-year commercial real estate veteran Dodie Williams as Managing Partner of Project Management Services, a newly created role overseeing the firm's national project management practice for corporate occupiers.

Williams will manage buildouts, relocations and capital improvement projects across client portfolios

In her new position, Williams will work directly with institutional occupier clients on real estate execution, spanning due diligence, design, construction and move management phases.

New hire brings leadership experience from JLL, Trammell Crow and Watchdog

Williams previously held leadership roles at JLL, Macro Consultants, Trammell Crow and Jackson Cross Partners, managing complex projects for occupier clients. Most recently, she served as Principal at owners' representative firm Watchdog, where she focused on business development and client relationship growth.

Mohr Partners Chairman and CEO Robert Shibuya said the firm is committed to delivering a best-in-class project management service for institutional occupier clients and expressed confidence in Williams' ability to lead the service line.

Appointment marks fourth senior leadership addition in 18 months

The hire follows a pattern of leadership expansion at Mohr Partners, which has added senior executives in brokerage, economic incentives and energy consulting over the past year and a half. The firm positions the project management practice as a core offering for corporate clients managing portfolio growth, workplace strategy and capital planning.

Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University and is a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council.
