West Chester, Pa. – September 23, 2026 -- Mole Street, an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner, will exhibit at Booth 5 during the Digital Marketing for Financial Services Midwest Summit at the Hilton Chicago on September 22-23, presenting data from a new report co-authored with HubSpot based on a survey of 270 U.S. financial services leaders.

Survey finds 78% of financial services leaders cite data silos as the top barrier to modern client experience

The State of Financial Services Growth report shows retention and acquisition running nearly even as top priorities, with 41% of leaders focused on retaining existing clients and 40% on new acquisition. Despite personalized communications ranking as the hardest client expectation to meet, 78% of respondents said organizational silos, disconnected systems and incomplete client data limit their ability to deliver it. Compliance no longer ranks as the primary growth obstacle; leaders instead point to difficulty proving marketing technology ROI and fragmented data quality as their biggest constraints.

Advanced AI adopters report 68% higher likelihood of retention gains

Financial services firms that have moved further along in AI adoption were 68% more likely to report significant improvement in client retention over the past year compared to less advanced adopters, according to the report.

Mole Street cites recent implementations at Keesler Federal Credit Union and Hill, Barth & King

The consultancy, which connects HubSpot to core banking, practice management and operational data systems, recently helped Keesler Federal Credit Union -- Mississippi's largest credit union -- gain full marketing autonomy by linking its core data to HubSpot. Separately, Mole Street rebuilt the HubSpot CRM for Hill, Barth & King, a Top 100 CPA firm, so client data for more than 20,000 accounts now syncs automatically.

Brendan Walsh, Co-Founder and CRO of Mole Street, said financial services marketers face pressure to prove ROI and personalize at scale within compliance guardrails, often using disconnected tech stacks. Walsh and Solutions Architect Tony King will staff Booth 5 throughout the two-day summit, which draws more than 300 senior marketing leaders from banks, credit unions, insurance, wealth management, lending, payments and fintech firms, alongside more than 40 speakers addressing AI-powered personalization and martech investment.

Mole Street and HubSpot to host breakfast session at Money20/20 USA on October 20

The two companies will present the same report findings during a session titled "Siloed to Connected: The FinServ Growth Model" at The Venetian in Las Vegas during Money20/20 USA. The session will address how compliant CRM systems and agentic AI convert fragmented data into measurable growth across retention, acquisition and service. Seating is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
