SHERIDAN, WYOMING -- July 10, 2026 -- MSP360, a provider of backup, RMM, and remote access software for managed service providers, has released a public API for MSP360 RMM that enables external platforms to access endpoint data directly. The API provides read-only access to RMM data, allowing MSPs to connect MSP360 RMM to existing dashboards, PSA systems, and business intelligence tools without manual data transfers. The release addresses operational inefficiencies that forced mid-sized and larger MSPs to either split visibility across multiple consoles or allocate staff time to manual data export and import workflows.
Direct Data Access Eliminates Manual Export Workflows
The API allows connected platforms to request and receive RMM data automatically. MSPs no longer need to export data from MSP360 RMM and re-import it into other systems. Before this release, teams ran RMM in a standalone console or manually moved data between tools, both of which added operational cost. The API removes that friction.
Customer feedback identified dashboards as the most requested integration target. The API works with any platform built to consume it, including Power BI, custom portals, and inventory databases. MSPs can now centralize endpoint data in the tools they already use to run operations.
Grafana Integration Tops MSP Request List
Anton Zorin, VP of Product and Partnerships at MSP360, said MSPs have been asking for a public API, especially to get endpoint data into Grafana. The API removes manual work standing between MSP360 RMM and the tools customers already run their business on. Grafana is a widely used open-source analytics and monitoring platform.
The API gives MSPs control over how they visualize and report on endpoint data. Teams can build custom dashboards or integrate RMM data into existing reporting workflows without changing their operational stack.
Mid-Sized and Larger MSPs Gain Operational Efficiency
Mid-sized and larger MSPs typically centralize operations in one place. That might be a custom dashboard, a PSA platform, or a BI and reporting tool. Until now, MSP360 RMM data could not reach those systems automatically. The API closes that gap.
For MSPs running multiple tools, the API reduces the number of consoles staff must monitor. Endpoint data flows into the same system where other operational data already lives. This consolidation can reduce training time and improve response speed when issues arise.
Read-Only Access Maintains Data Integrity
The API provides read-only access to RMM data. External platforms can request and retrieve data but cannot modify it. This design protects data integrity while enabling integration. MSPs retain full control over endpoint management within MSP360 RMM while extending visibility to other tools.
The API is available immediately in MSP360 RMM. Existing users can access it through the Management Console. New users can start with a 15-day free trial.
MSP360 Expands Platform Integration Capabilities
MSP360 was established in 2011 by a group of IT professionals. The company provides backup and IT management solutions for MSPs and IT departments worldwide. The MSP360 platform combines backup, secure remote access, and RMM capabilities.
The public API release expands MSP360's integration capabilities beyond its existing product suite. MSPs can now build workflows that span MSP360 RMM and third-party platforms without custom scripting or middleware. The API uses standard protocols that most BI and PSA platforms already support.
