New York – September 29, 2026 -- Global employment infrastructure provider Multiplier has surpassed $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) just six years after its founding, posting 80% year-over-year growth and 115% Net Revenue Retention for its core business.
North America now generates 60% of Multiplier's total revenue
Despite originating in Singapore and operating across more than 160 countries, Multiplier has built its primary growth engine in North America, a region where several industry peers have scaled back operations. Companies headquartered in the United States accounted for 47% of all Multiplier's expansion activity between Q4 2025 and Q1 2026.
Multiplier processes over $1.81 billion in annual payroll
The company's growth is driven by a multi-product model rather than a single service line. Between 20% and 30% of Multiplier's revenue now comes from products beyond its flagship Employer of Record (EOR) offering, supported by more than 20 native HRIS integrations with platforms including Workday, BambooHR, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Company bets on infrastructure depth over broad HR platform features
While much of the HR technology sector pursues all-in-one platforms covering every adjacent workflow, Multiplier has focused narrowly on compliant global hiring and cross-border money movement, partnering with third parties for other HR functions. Sagar Khatri, Co-Founder and CEO of Multiplier, said capital markets have dedicated exchanges for money and securities, but global labor movement has lacked equivalent unified infrastructure, a gap he said the company is building toward.

Since 2020, Multiplier has served more than 3,700 companies. The company ran a digital ad on the NASDAQ tower in Times Square on September 29 to mark the ARR milestone.
