MyOme Launches Global Genomic Risk Platform on Oracle Cloud

Menlo Park, Calif. – September 24, 2026 -- MyOme, Inc. has made its predictive genomic insights platform and testing services available worldwide by running them on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), the companies announced.

MyOme joins Oracle PartnerNetwork to widen healthcare distribution

The clinical whole-genome analysis firm has also joined Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), enabling distribution of its capabilities through the Oracle ecosystem and Oracle Marketplace to a broader base of healthcare organizations.

Platform sequences one genome to generate lifelong, re-queryable risk data

MyOme sequences an individual's whole genome a single time, then uses OCI's high-performance, low-latency computing to analyze millions of genetic variants against clinical risk factors. The system produces integrated polygenic risk scores for common conditions including coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, prostate cancer, and breast cancer, alongside monogenic findings and pharmacogenomic guidance. Unlike narrow gene-panel tests that report a handful of high-penetrance variants, MyOme's whole-genome backbone allows the same sample data to be re-analyzed as a patient's health evolves and genomic science advances.

Executives frame collaboration as shift toward preventive care

"Our collaboration with Oracle is an important step toward making predictive genomics available at global scale," said Matt Rabinowitz, PhD, executive chairman of MyOme. "Pairing MyOme's whole-genome platform with OCI's global infrastructure lets us identify people at high risk for preventable disease early enough to act on it."

Dan Spellman, group vice president for AI and OCI, Healthcare & Life Sciences at Oracle, said the partnership gives clinicians more information to determine the right intervention at the right time.
