The award was presented September 25 at Nissan Americas' annual Supplier Appreciation and Awards event at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee. Nissan's annual awards recognize supplier partners across quality, operational excellence, innovation, aftersales support and sustainability. Nagase America was specifically singled out for New Model Development and Launch Readiness among the three Monozukuri Spirit Award recipients.
Five-program transition in six weeks required tight coordination across supply chain partners
The recognition follows Nagase America Mobility Solutions' completion of a complex takeover project, moving five Nissan programs to its operations within a six-week window. The compressed timeline demanded close coordination among Nagase, Nissan and supply chain partners to maintain program continuity while meeting Nissan's development and launch requirements.
