VANCOUVER, BC -- September 01, 2026 -- NameSilo Technologies Corp. reported record second-quarter revenue of C$18.8 million for the period ended June 30, 2026, up 16.6% from C$16.1 million a year earlier, the domain registrar announced Aug. 31, 2026. Total bookings climbed 40.7% to a record C$22.6 million from C$16.1 million in Q2 2025. Net income rose to C$1.44 million from C$1.17 million, while gross margin expanded to 28.5% of revenue from 25.6% a year earlier.
Gross Profit Rises to $5.35 Million as Domain and Marketplace Revenue Grows
Gross profit reached C$5,350,193 in the quarter, up from C$4,122,496 in Q2 2025. NameSilo attributed the revenue increase to growth in domains under management, marketplace transactions, ancillary services, and contributions from its two operating subsidiaries, SewerVue Technologies and Reach Systems. NameSilo LLC now manages roughly 6.2 million active domains across approximately 160 countries.
Operating Income Slips to $1.81 Million Despite Higher Revenue
Operating income fell slightly to C$1,808,506 from C$1,866,730 in the year-ago quarter, even as revenue and gross profit both increased. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-IFRS measure, rose to C$1,550,280 from C$1,473,241. Total deferred revenue stood at C$38,037,802 as of June 30, 2026, up from C$34,739,635 at the end of the prior quarter. Cash and cash equivalents totaled C$2,243,779, with investments, convertible loans and digital currency holdings adding C$5,817,154.
Reach Systems Sells Marine Camera and Tether Technology Into USV Market
Reach Systems, based in Nanaimo, British Columbia, sold products into the unmanned surface vehicle market during the quarter, opening a new channel for its subsea camera and tether/cable management equipment. The company's turnkey inspection gear, including its Puffin 4K underwater camera, has historically targeted oil and gas, defense and subsea inspection customers.
SewerVue Technologies Adds Pilot Projects With New Infrastructure Partners
SewerVue Technologies secured a growing number of pilot projects with new partners in new markets for its large-diameter pipe inspection tools, which combine pipe-penetrating radar, LiDAR, sonar and HD-CCTV. NameSilo management described both SewerVue and Reach Systems as still in the early stages of realizing their commercial potential and said it intends to keep funding growth initiatives at both units, even where near-term profitability is affected.
Alchemy Labs Completes Public Listing, Ola Media Targets IPO
Alchemy Labs completed its public listing during the period, while Ola Media is expected to pursue a public listing in the near future, according to the company. NameSilo said it continues to evaluate additional acquisition and investment opportunities alongside organic growth, strategic investments and share repurchases.
