neo Kanzlei Expands Nuremberg Presence via Neumüller Merger, New Tax Partner

Nuremberg – September 15, 2026 -- German advisory group neo Kanzlei has completed a two-step expansion in Nuremberg, merging with local firm Neumüller & Partner mbB and recruiting tax advisor Kris-Roman Seebaß, who brings his own client portfolio to the new entity.

Neumüller & Partner mbB fully integrated into neo since July 2026

Since July 2026, Neumüller & Partner mbB has become part of neo, with all clients and staff transferred into the group. The move established the legal foundation for the new neo Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Nürnberg mbH. Lawyer and authorized signatory Eva Rudl-Truxa continues her role within the new Nuremberg entity, ensuring continuity for existing clients.

Tax advisor Kris-Roman Seebaß joins as partner and managing director

Seebaß, certified as a tax advisor since 2015, has moved his practice to neo, adding depth in advisory work on corporate transactions and tax structuring. He now serves as partner and managing director of neo Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Nürnberg mbH, overseeing client management and further site development.

Katrin Claus to co-lead combined Fürth-Nuremberg region

Katrin Claus, managing director of neo Steuerberatungsgesellschaft Fürth mbH since 2024, will jointly lead the newly combined Mittelfranken region alongside Seebaß, covering both the Fürth and Nuremberg locations. Claus brings expertise in tax advisory for real estate investors and mid-sized companies, as well as in transformation tax law and inheritance and gift tax matters.

Group now operates 11 locations with roughly 200 employees

neo Kanzlei combines tax advisory, auditing and business consulting services, positioning itself for Germany's Mittelstand sector. The Nuremberg buildout adds to a network spanning 11 sites, with the combined Fürth-Nuremberg leadership structure intended to streamline coordination on complex tax matters and cross-regional client accounts.
