NeuroSense Fights Nasdaq Delisting After Missing $35M Market Value Rule

Cambridge, Mass. – – October 02, 2026 -- NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: NRSN) received a Nasdaq Staff Determination on October 1, 2026, confirming it failed to meet the $35 million minimum market value of listed securities (MVLS) requirement by its September 29, 2026 deadline, triggering a potential delisting from The Nasdaq Capital Market.

Company to appeal delisting threat before Nasdaq Hearings Panel

NeuroSense intends to timely request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5800 Series to seek additional time to regain MVLS compliance. A timely hearing request automatically stays any suspension of trading and the filing of a Form 25-NSE with the SEC while the Panel reviews the case. The Panel has discretion to grant an exception of up to 180 days from the October 1 Staff Determination date.

MVLS shortfall follows an earlier 180-day grace period that expired unmet

Nasdaq first flagged the Company on April 2, 2026, after its MVLS stayed below $35 million for 30 consecutive trading days, starting a 180-calendar-day clock that lapsed September 29, 2026. The MVLS requirement is the only continued listing criterion cited in the latest Staff Determination. NRSN ordinary shares and warrants ("NRSN" and "NRSNW") are expected to keep trading on Nasdaq while the hearing process is pending.

NeuroSense clears a separate bid-price compliance hurdle

Nasdaq separately confirmed the Company regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price rule under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Following a 1-for-20 reverse share split, NRSN's closing bid price held at $1.00 or above for 10 consecutive business days between September 15 and September 28, 2026, closing that compliance matter.

CEO ties listing fight to Phase 3 ALS trial progress
