NextPlat's PharmcoRx Opens Jacksonville Pharmacy Near HCA Hospital

Hallandale Beach – October 13, 2026 -- NextPlat Corp (NASDAQ: NXPL) has opened a new PharmcoRx community pharmacy in Jacksonville, extending its Florida pharmacy network, which currently stands at six retail locations, into the northern part of the state.

New pharmacy sits across from HCA Florida Memorial Hospital

The store is located at 3604 University Blvd South, Suite 102, directly opposite HCA Florida Memorial Hospital. Several specialty medical practices and healthcare providers operate nearby, and the site serves major southside Jacksonville business and residential areas.

Contracted services target 340B, long-term care and specialty patients

The Jacksonville site combines retail prescription fulfillment, medication management and delivery with higher-margin contracted services. For providers in the government's 340B discounted drug pricing program, PharmcoRx offers prescription fulfillment, inventory management, claims administration, compliance support and reporting.

For long-term care, assisted living and senior-care facilities, it provides customized medication packaging, scheduled delivery, pharmacist oversight and medication administration support. Patients on complex or high-cost therapies receive specialty dispensing, education, adherence monitoring and coordination with prescribers and insurers.

NextPlat targets new openings and selective acquisitions to diversify revenue channels

NextPlat CEO David Phipps said the company sees new locations and selective acquisitions of established pharmacies as the best way to bring "higher-margin contracted services" to underserved Florida communities. The company says serving retail, specialty, institutional, 340B and government customers from a single pharmacy reduces reliance on any one customer channel.

Chairman Rodney Barreto said Jacksonville is a rapidly growing market and that NextPlat sees rising demand for patient-centric healthcare services. The company cited its ability to operate new pharmacies and expand as intended as a key risk to its forward-looking statements.
