NG Energy's Aruchara-6 Well Lifts Maria Conchita Gas Output to 23 MMcf/d

Bogotá – October 16, 2026 -- NG Energy International Corp. expects total gross production at its Maria Conchita block in Colombia to rise to 23.0 MMcf/d from 16.0 MMcf/d after the Aruchara-6 well tested at up to 8.7 MMcf/d gross and entered production.

Aruchara-6 flows at 8.7 MMcf/d gross through the central processing facility

The well was drilled to a total depth of 9,352 feet and hit the H1 target as designed. It also passed through the H2, H3, H4, H5 and H6 zones, all of which showed gas at surface and on wireline logs. During initial flow testing through the central processing facility (CPF), Aruchara-6 produced up to 8.7 MMcf/d gross (6.96 MMcf/d net) on a 30/64 choke at an average tubing head pressure of 780 psi.

Net field production is expected to reach 18.4 MMcf/d, up from 12.8 MMcf/d before the well. Combined net production across Maria Conchita and Sinú-9 is expected to be about 29.1 MMcf/d. Maria Conchita net volumes reflect the company's 80% working interest under private agreements, not the contractual interest registered with the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH).

Spot sales at US$14.00–16.00/Mcf, some above US$20.00, apply to volumes beyond 15.0 MMcf/d

Contracted offtake agreements at Maria Conchita cover up to 15.0 MMcf/d gross. All incremental volumes are sold into the Colombian marketplace at spot prices averaging roughly US$14.00–16.00/Mcf, with some volumes exceeding US$20.00/Mcf.

GTX International upgrades CPF as field output nears 30 MMcf/d capacity

Field production is approaching the CPF's 30 MMcf/d processing capacity. Infrastructure partner GTX International Corp. will install an additional compressor before the end of October. It is also improving the heat exchangers and cooling facility, with dehydration facility upgrades expected by the end of October 2026.

Maurel & Prom spuds Encantado-1X at Sinú-9 on October 6, 2026

Maurel & Prom Colombia Sociedad Limitada, operator of the Sinú-9 Consortium formed with NG Energy through Operadora NGE, spudded Encantado-1X, and drilling is underway. The consortium expects to drill at least one additional well at Sinú-9 this year after Encantado-1X is completed.

NG Energy expects the well to help define the southern limits of the reservoir and provide depth calibration across the block. The area is anticipated to be higher-pressure than previously drilled locations, which management expects to lift production rates. The well is also expected to confirm natural gas in the Pre-CDO formation and verify liquids potential in the reservoir.

INFRAES pipeline loop lifts Sinú-9 gross transport capacity to 40.0–45.0 MMcf/d

Commissioning of the first pipeline loop from the Jobo connection point, built by infrastructure partner INFRAES S.A.S E.S.P., is complete. Gross transportation capacity at Sinú-9 has increased from 30.0 MMcf/d to between 40.0 and 45.0 MMcf/d, equal to net entitlement for NG Energy of 15.6 to 17.6 MMcf/d.

NGE CEO Jorge Fonseca said the company is finishing 2026 with "real momentum" across both assets.
