Marshall, Texas – September 17, 2026 -- Nomadar Corp. (NASDAQ: NOMA) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in Fox Soccer Academy (FSA), a youth soccer organization serving approximately 2,100 players across the United States, United Kingdom and Austria.
Deal expands Nomadar's footprint across four countries
FSA operates programs in New York, North Carolina, the U.K. and Austria, co-founded by former Premier League champion Christian Fuchs and executive Raluca Gold-Fuchs. The acquisition is expected to close in the coming weeks, pending customary closing conditions and final transaction structuring.
Agreement follows May framework deal and due diligence review
The definitive agreement builds on a strategic framework signed May 6, 2026, after both companies completed due diligence covering FSA's operating structure, coaching methodology, commercial model and integration opportunities with Nomadar's sports development ecosystem.
Founders retain equity and operational role post-close
Fuchs and Gold-Fuchs will remain partners in FSA after the transaction, continuing to lead the academy's development, expansion and long-term strategy alongside Nomadar.
Deal links English and Spanish football development models
Nomadar has spent two years connecting North American players to Spain through Cádiz Club de Fútbol, a LaLiga club anchoring its High Performance Training programs. The FSA acquisition pairs that Spanish methodology with FSA's Premier League-inspired curriculum, creating a combined U.S.-Spain-U.K.-Austria development network.
"The signing of this definitive agreement marks a very important step in Nomadar's international expansion strategy," said Joaquín Martín, CEO of Nomadar, noting the transaction extends the company's existing U.S.-Spain pipeline built around Cádiz CF and its HPT methodology.
Nomadar cites Spain's World Cup title as market differentiator
With Spain holding the current FIFA World Cup title, Nomadar positions the combined English and Spanish training approaches as a differentiated offering spanning youth development, performance training, international programs and sports tourism.
