The reports assess how providers of insurance consulting and technology outsourcing help global insurers handle AI-led modernization, regulatory complexity and operating model reinvention. NTT DATA also holds a Leader ranking in the ISG Provider Lens® 2025 Insurance GenAI and Agentic AI Services study, supported by its agentic capabilities and its proprietary GIDP and LifeSysTM platforms.

The Insurance ITO Services report states that NTT DATA combines NTT DATA AI for Insurance, hybrid cloud orchestration and insurance domain expertise to modernize insurers' IT systems. The AI-native agentic solution converts complex core insurance workflows into governed, repeatable services.
Unified global insurance unit and Alchemy acquisition anchor the advisory ranking
The Strategic Advisory and Enablement Services report highlights NTT DATA's unified global insurance organization, which brings regional expertise together under one advisory offering. ISG also cited the acquisition of The Alchemy Technology Services, which strengthens NTT DATA's presence in the UK and Ireland and adds Guidewire specialty insurance and London market expertise.
ISG Provider Lens® authors Ashish Jhajharia and Sandhya Navage said NTT DATA has the delivery scale to "retire legacy cores rather than merely wrap them."
