Michael Kirby, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SwapData AI, has been appointed Senior Managing Director of OMeT-i, where he will oversee product architecture, commercial licensing operations, and market expansion for the division.
SwapData AI grants OMeT-i a perpetual enterprise license to its core platform
SwapData AI has granted OMeT-i a perpetual enterprise license to its proprietary SwapData.ai software architecture. The platform will be fully migrated into OMeT's core environment to aggregate, normalize, and process public Swap Data Repository (SDR) feeds across multiple asset classes and execution venues.
Rollout starts in Latin American swap markets before global expansion
The initial commercial rollout of the integrated platform will target Latin American (LATAM) swap markets before extending to broader global OTC derivative markets.

Legacy SwapData.ai web application will be sunsetted after migration
Following the technical migration into OMeT-i infrastructure, the standalone SwapData.ai web application will be retired. During the transition, market participants can access SwapData.ai through a trial program to provide feedback ahead of future platform enhancements.
Roadmap includes API integrations, custom yield curves, and vendor partnerships
OMeT-i's long-term product roadmap includes enterprise-grade market data subscription services, high-throughput API integrations, institutional analytics suites with customized yield curves and proprietary derived datasets, and strategic distribution partnerships across institutional vendor channels.
