ORSNN Names New Product, Tech Chiefs as Loan Platform Hits $3B

Seattle – October 02, 2026 -- ORSNN, an electronic trading platform for institutional whole loan markets, has named Aaron Khoo as Chief Product Officer and Werner Koepf as Chief Technology Officer, while adding Ken Plank as Senior Advisor, Credit Unions, as the company nears completion of a new capital raise.

The platform has supported $3 billion in loan offering volume to date and completed its SOC 2 Type I examination in the second quarter of 2026. The capital raise will fund continued product development, engineering execution and expansion into new markets, the company said.

Khoo brings cloud governance expertise from AWS to loan-level data strategy

Khoo most recently served as General Manager of AWS Control Tower and Service Catalog, leading product and engineering for cloud governance services, after prior engineering leadership roles at AWS and Microsoft. He will lead product strategy with a focus on digitizing loan sale workflows and embedding security, compliance and data fidelity into product requirements. Khoo holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Northwestern University.

Koepf arrives from LILT AI to oversee platform architecture and security

Koepf previously served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at LILT AI and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Karat and Conversica, with earlier senior roles at Ticketmaster, Expedia and Amazon. He will direct technology strategy, platform architecture, infrastructure, security and reliability, applying applied-AI and enterprise-software experience to loan-level workflows. He holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the Technical University of Munich.

Plank adds credit union lending experience from Numerica Credit Union

Plank, who previously served as Executive Vice President of Lending and Chief Lending Officer at Numerica Credit Union, with earlier banking roles at Washington Trust Bank, Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank, will advise on commercial, mortgage and consumer lending, credit administration and credit risk management for ORSNN's credit union clients.
