PaleBlueDot AI Raises $200M Series C at $3.2B Valuation

Palo Alto – October 01, 2026 -- PaleBlueDot AI has closed a $200 million Series C financing round led by ComputeCore, valuing the Silicon Valley-based AI infrastructure provider at $3.2 billion.

Funding round follows January's $150 million Series B

The new round builds on a $150 million Series B announced in January 2026. Existing shareholder B Capital participated again alongside other global investors.

Company has signed more than $5 billion in customer contracts

As of the end of September 2026, PaleBlueDot AI had accumulated over $5 billion in customer contracts. Customers in the U.S. and Japan together generated more than half of the company's monthly revenue.

Platform combines GPU clusters, marketplace and inference services

Founded in 2024, PaleBlueDot AI operates a Super Intelligence Infrastructure Platform that integrates self-owned GPU clusters, a GPU marketplace and serverless inference offerings. The company customizes dedicated clusters for global customers running large or specialized workloads. Its B300 cluster in Japan recently achieved NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud status, a designation that validates performance against NVIDIA's reference benchmarks.

Proceeds will expand compute capacity and hardware choice

PaleBlueDot AI said proceeds from the Series C will fund additional Super Intelligence compute capacity, giving customers more options in locations and hardware. The company has diversified both its data-center footprint and customer base throughout 2026, with clusters spread across multiple regions.

CEO Stephen Watts said the company will broaden its customer base with a focus on frontier labs, Neolabs and enterprises in the U.S., while investing in its full-stack and go-to-market teams.
