Singapore – September 17, 2026 -- Peak3 has launched Graphene Harness, an end-to-end AI-driven delivery lifecycle (AI-DLC) for insurance software, alongside Graphene v4, an AI-native evolution of its core platform, cutting end-to-end new-feature development and core system implementation costs by 50% where deployed.
Peak3 targets an 80% cost reduction within 18 to 36 months
The Singapore-based insurance software provider said the current 50% reduction already applies to clients using Graphene Harness, with timelines shortened accordingly. Peak3 builds and maintains Graphene on the Harness system itself and is now extending access to selected implementation partners, with client availability planned over the next 6 to 12 months.

Graphene Harness is built on a model that converts the working knowledge of Peak3's senior staff into digital twins of delivery roles -- business analyst, architect, engineer, tester, reviewer. These agent teams run on an AI engineering platform grounded in a curated knowledge base and connected to AI-driven testing, migration, diagnostics and CI/CD, covering the full lifecycle from build to maintenance.
Graphene v4 lets AI agents reconfigure products directly on the core
Graphene v4 introduces the Graphene Agent Platform, a model-agnostic system for building, running, observing and governing AI agents, with pre-built agents for medical underwriting, conversational first notice of loss, document processing and claims fraud detection. Agents can now reconfigure insurance products, calculations and rules from unstructured documents and natural-language prompts grounded in an insurer's own data, cutting configuration work that traditionally takes days down to minutes or hours.
Open architecture enforces governance at code level, not prompts
Every Graphene v4 capability is exposed to agents through APIs, MCP and CLI rather than a user interface, with access management, attribution and interaction logging enforced at code level. The platform can also run standalone as a middle layer between AI agents and an insurer's existing systems of record, giving insurers agent-ready capabilities without a full core replacement.
Functional coverage expands across Life, P&C and Health lines
Graphene v4 adds the complete group health lifecycle including provider network management, commercial lines with co-insurance and reinsurance administered inside the core, indexed universal life and crypto-denominated policies, and native Takaful support alongside conventional business.
